How long does my order take to ship?

All orders are processed within 2-3 (two-three) business days.

Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping? 

No. We do not offer international shipping.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you have an issue with one of our products, please reach out to us by email and we’ll do our best to make it right.

FAQs

  • All whipped butters are handmade using our special blend of shea butter, mango butter, or cocoa butter, unrefined cold-pressed coconut oil, apricot or almond oil, and 100% pure essential oils or skin-safe fragrance oils. Our whipped shea butter is a seasonal product, available from October 1 - March 30 only.

  • All hair serums are handmade using our special blend of ayurvedic herbs and oils including but not limited to avocado oil, grapeseed oil, coconut oil, Jamaican black castor oil, and 100% pure essential oils. Whipped butters and oil blends do not contain any water or additives.

  • Oils and butters should be used within six months.

  • Disclaimer: Please do not use if you are allergic to any of these ingredients. Always preform a patch test to ensure there is no reaction.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Handmade soap will last a long time if kept dry between uses. To extend the life of your soap, use a draining soap dish and keep it away from direct streams of water.

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, color, design, shape and total weight may vary slightly.
